Personal Assistant / Receptionist needed at a Large Auditors Firm based in Port Elizabeth.
Duties:
Full functions Debtors
Typing of invoices
Sending of statements
Allocations of payments
Assisting in various departments in the Auditors firm
Typing of letters
Liaising with clients
Building relationships with clients
Administration
Personal Assistant functions
Answering the telephone

Assisting clients when they phone inBasic Accounting functions
General office duties
Greeting customers
Preparing deposits
Experience:
β Must have 1 Year working experience in Admin or Finance
β Must speak English
β Big Bonus if Candidate understand the following: BTW / LBS / CIPS / All TAX Related issues / VAT
β Office hours: Monday β Thursday (7h30 β 17h00) Friday 7h30 β 12h00)
