A catering company is urgently needing to fill a temporary DATA CAPTURING position.

The vacancy entails the following:

Capturing books

Maintain the Filling System

Answering the switchboard

Booking couriers

Assisting with procurement

Assist with payroll functions

Mainly assist with finance

Work independantly

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate should be able to fulfil the following requirements:

Must have matric - Grade 12

Be bilingual

Be able to work on pastel

Be able to type

Computer Litereate

Knowledge of Microsoft, especially excel as we work with formulas

Be able to follow instructions

We are looking for a hard working individual who is willing to put in extra hours when requested of them.
