National corporation has a wonderful entry level opportunity, and seeks to employ a professional, well spoken and groomed individual in their Port Elizabeth Office.
Salary: R5 000 to R5 500pm + benefits (Medical Aid, Provident Fund and performance bonus)
Minimum Requirements:
Must be computer literate - MS Office
Must be able to speak English and isiXhosa fluently. Afrikaans is advantageous
Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately - be highly organised and be able to multitask
Good telephonic communication skills - clear speaking voice and polite and professional telephone etiquette
Matric certificate, with "C" symbols, Level 5 or 60% achieved in BOTH languages. NO D or E symbols in languages will be accepted
Bachelor's Admission is essential
Reliable transport to and from work
Duties:
Receiving and welcoming guests, visitors and members
Correct distribution of telephonic queries to the right departments
Handling claims administration
Courier duties
Extensive frontline liaison (in personal, electronic and telephonic)
