Job Specification;
Dynamic, hardworking and self-motivated Administrative Clerk with exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
Ideal candidate will report to multiple head of departments with minimal direct supervision while maintaining and providing administrative work for the organisation
Superb time management and organization skills and a team player
Undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from clerical and administrative support to the CEO to basic bookkeeping
Responsible for running business errands
Administrative Clerk is one of the faces of our organization

Excellant people and communication skills in order to best work with our clients
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and draft sales invoices
Assist with bank reconciliations
Create payment schedules
Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings
Keep all parties informed of general business operations
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Ad hoc day-to-day admin
Minimum Requirements;
Higher learning diploma or equivalency required
Previous experience with administrative duties in the property industry would be advantageous
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Experience in basic bookkeeping and tracking of financial transactions
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be able to self-manage, work under own initiative and be a team member is essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Clean Drivers Licence
