MUST have previous experience in diary management, booking flights and accommodation.

Excellent typing (45 w.p.m) and computer skills.

Experience in event planning.

Excellent Administration experience.

Experience in Microsoft and MS outlook.

MUST be able to work overtime when required


MUST be an all-rounder and have a can do attitude

Support the resourcing team Attention to detail as well as a fast learner Booking flights and accommodation for the Director and attending to personal errands

Safety concerns
