Job Description
An opportunity has become available for a receptionist in our Port Elizabeth offices. The role requires, extensive Interaction with clients as well as excellent understanding of the different areas of the business and product focus.

โข Relevant Tertiary qualification

โข 2 โ 3 years Reception or related Client service experienceโข Passionate about high level Client Service
โข Proven track record of high level Client Liaison
โข Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
โข Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
โข Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
โข Proven telephone and computer skills
โข Good Time keeping
โข Strong administrative skills
โข Strong organizational skills
โข Ability to work under pressure
โข Ability to interact at all levels
The Result
โข Directing and escorting clients from reception area to meeting rooms
โข Answer switchboard, screen and direct calls
โข Take and relay messages
โข Provide information to callers
โข Greet and direct persons entering organization
โข Deal with client queries and from the public
โข Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
โข General administrative and clerical support (Statements, system queries, data capture etc)
โข Receive and sort mail and deliveries
โข Assist with setting up meetings, video conference bookings and function arrangements
โข Tidy and maintain the reception area
โข Assist with event co-ordination, catering and hosting of clients
โข Ordering of client gifts and other office requirements
โข Co-ordinating contractors and office repair requirements
