As a skilled Insurance agent, your primary focus will be to generate quality sales and build rapport with clients. With great earning potential and great hours, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Very chilled, relaxed environment.
Candidates are not micro-managed.
They are given a target and they are trusted to achieve it.
They do have team leaders and managers within the call centre.
They need to be matured enough to understand that if they do not reach their target they will be put under performance management etc
Suitable candidates would be those with responsibilities and able to push hard as it is uncapped commission.
Candidates need to be motivated by the Promotion Schedule.
Load of incentives and prices to be won when reaching sales targets.
Leads are generated from the company, and clients are aware that they would receive a call from our client.
This is because new and existing clients are made aware of our client when they sign up on a medical aid and/or already on an existing medical aid however do not have Gap Cover.

Training will be for 2 weeks (1-day induction and the rest training on the product and asset life) 1st month has no targets attached to it, 2nd month R3000 (they work on a monetary value and not total sales per day) As the months go on and the candidate moves upper levels, the target will increase.

Self-Managed and Balance within the working environment is extremely important to them.

Required Skills
sales : 1 to 2 years
insurance sales : 1 to 2 years
long term insurance : 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following:

Experience previously selling long term insurance

Use of effective probing and questioning techniques

Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation.

Excellent compliance and Quality Assurance.

Insurance campaign requirements are:

Grade 12 (Essential)

1-year Insurance Telesales experience

Must speak fluent English – No slang, No Accent

Mature enough to self-manage and reach expected target

Target driven

Money hungry

Clear ITC

No Criminal Record

RE (Advantageous)

FAIS (Advantageous)

Salary: R5500 plus uncapped commission and Benefits and Incentives
