The Big Question: What will you earn? Your salary will largely depend on what you bring to the table. Here’s why:
Salary is determined by three factors :

Basic salary - R 5 000.00 pm- 7 000.00pm + uncapped commission
Uncapped Commission - The percentage you earn for each sale you make. Our top performers are known to earn up to 30K , whereas beginners start around 10-15K.

Incentives & Rewards - We host weekly, daily and monthly competitions to keep the blood pumping. So, if you’re rocking it on the sales floor we’ll reward you big time:
We’ve given away: Smartphones, Spa vouchers, TV's, Laptops, XBOXs, PS4s..The list of luxuries goes on…

Hence, what you earn depends on your own motivation, skill and talent. Are you willing to push harder than the rest? Then expect anything from 15-30K+ per month. The sky's the limit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is more than just a telemarketing position. It’s more than just earning a living. If you work for us, you’ll be challenged to push yourself every day. You’ll explore new ways of thinking: What turns a lead into a sale? What makes people say YES? You’ll have to navigate a high-paced work environment with people who are just as driven as you are. Can you handle the pressure? If so, we guarantee you’ll grown, learn and earn more with us than with any of our competitors.

On any given day, you will be expected to:

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas
Manage outbound contacts to international customer base for a professional product
Educate potential clients on specific process and services related to product
Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Manage leads effectively and consistently, meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly and monthly targets
Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.
We know it’s a tall order, but for the calibre candidate we’re looking for it will be a delicious challenge.

REQUIREMENTS:

Like we’ve said above, we’re interested in ambitious individuals who can work towards their goals with dedication and consistency. No coasters PLEASE

Fluency in English with a good telephone manner is essential. If you really want to impress us, show off an American accent!
Make sure you are able and willing to work shifts: Day Shift 08:00-16:00 OR Night Shift 16:00-23:00 (Free transportation is provided if required to work a night shift.)
