Executive Assistant

One of our clients based in the Northern Suburbs has a position available for a Personal Assistant to the Director. You will be responsible for the full administrative support and attend to specific allocated tasks in both a professional and personal capacity.
We are looking for a creative, highly-motivated problem-solver/miracle worker to join their team!
What’s required:
5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or PA
Ability to work autonomously; complete tasks with little instruction; adopt a hands-on approach
Quick. Able to coordinate, cancel, reschedule, organize, book travel, and research with short notice
A nothing too big, nothing too small attitude
Team spirit a must!
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Able to adapt to fast paced environment
Positive and inquiring attitude
Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
