To provide telephonic and email support to customers with regards to escalated customer complaints, queries and product information related to in-store supermarket services in a professional manner. To promote a positive image of the company through telephonic and written interaction.

Matric (Grade 12) - Essential
Post-matric qualification (desirable)
Experience
Essential
Three+ years of consumer complaint resolution environment experience
Three+ years of inbound and outbound call centre experience
Knowledge

Essential: Three years of world-class customer service principles experience
Skills
Essential:
Three+ years of telephone etiquette
Two+ years of handling irate customers
Two+ years of user-level understanding of web and mobile technology
Three+ years of written (email), and verbal communication
Proficient in at least English and Afrikaans
