General Description

The Customer Relationship Assistant (CRA) will be responsible for providing data and analytics required for the retention of established customer base.

Requirements
Matric
Tertiary qualification in data/science/commerce will be advantageous
Minimum two years’ experience in Customer Relations
Computer literacy – Strong MS Office skills

Knowledge and experience of Customer Relationship administration preferably in the retail industry
Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally

Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities
Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organised, detail-oriented, multi-tasker
Prioritises workload and meets deadlines for a variety of customer relations and marketing 'deliverables'
Ability to manage the additional aspects of working independently without constant direct supervision
Responsibilities
Assist in handling and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Follow up on customer interactions
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and trouble tickets
Deal with international clients
Assist by examining and monitoring the company’s communication practices with existing customers
Assist by analysing market trends
Assist by analysing data to find new ways to attract new customers as well as assist in the rollout of such measures
