About the Position

Must have 5 years Experience in Compliance
Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Preferred Qualification
CPrac - Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA)
Candidate will be responsible for creating a compliance culture and implement Compliance Risk Management Methodology
Facilitating the process of identifying and communicating compliance risks and impact on the business
Execute on the compliance risk management programme and application of compliance risk management practices on an ad hoc basis
Performing compliance issues tracking
Tracking of generic compliance risk indicators
Monitor the state of governance and compliance in the business taking into account the culture, results of internal audit reviews, Risk and Control Self-Assessments, etc.
Preparing compliance reports as an output from compliance risk management activities (identify, measure and monitor compliance risk)
Preparing monthly management reports and presenting such reports at designated committees
Providing input into compliance risk reports submitted to key governance structures (eg. Risk Management, Executive and Board committees)
