About the product

A specialized web based maintenance and inspection software solution specifically designed for the property rental management industry in South Africa.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities will typically include:

Marketing & sales activities related to selling the solution.
Drafting and running email campaigns
Phone calls to potential customers (Cold Calling)
Skype Demos & Visits to customers
Public appearances & presentations in front of small & large audiences
Assisting with Management & Updating Social media profiles on a daily basis

Must be exceptionally comfortable with and good with computers and computer software in general.

Must be a superfast learner
Some experience in either software sales or the Property Rental industry will be highly beneficial and favourable.
Good with social networking and networking in general
Must have excellent telephone skills and etiquette
Someone who loves chasing targets, working hard and making things happen
Someone who doesn’t mind traveling a bit. (Flying to other provinces for a week to go do some selling there.)
Someone who can figure things out for themselves and who doesn't need to be spoon fed. We are looking for a manager of 1. I.e. someone who can manage themselves and out perform all expectations on a weekly basis. This is especially important since you will be the only person running the RedRabbit remote office.

Minimum Application Requirements

Must be fully bi-lingual (Afrikaans & English)
Must have at least 4 references
Must have a decent and reliable own vehicle.
Must have a smart phone (Android or IOS) not older than 2 years
Must have own laptop
Must have excellent computer & communication skills
Must have rental management industry experience
Logistics & Office Hours

You will be working from a location of your choosing, but you must have access to reliable and fast internet.
Hours you are expected to be available to take sales leads and be working are:
8am-5pm

R 22 000 Basic
+ Company Cell Phone
