We seeking to employ an SDF to provide administrative support to the HR Department, in Training and across the full range of HR work. To provide an efficient data processing and administration service Human Resource department in keeping accurate records of employees
Duties/Responsibilities
Compile Workplace Skills Plan (WSP).
Vet and ensure workplace skills plan is submitted and accepted and approved
Compile and submit annual training report to SETA.
Ensure compliance to skills development and meeting minimum requirements by the SETA.
Act as an SDF for Encore Consultancyand ensure that employees acquire the right skills to benefit the company.
Manage and control the registration trainee candidates for skills training with the SETA.
Manage the re-imbursement of the grants from the SETA.
Generate and submit monthly TAX rebates on training to the finance department.
Organize and co-ordinates quarterly Employment Equity and Skill Development meetings.
Follow up on electronic communications between management and labor including Organized Labor.
Ensure that all relevant document are received i.e. training agreement, apprentice/learnership agreement, training applications, PO Invoice, results.
Capture new employees on VIP pay roll management system.
Manage and control clocking spreadsheets.
Monthly verification and auditing ESS leave and leave records.
Capture monthly time sheets on VIP pay roll.
Follow up and resolve wage and salary queries
Requirement/ Experience
Grade twelve (12) or Senior Certificate.
SDF โ Qualification from a reputable institution ,preferably a Diploma
2 year working experience as a SDF

Salary: R20,000.00 to R23,360.00 /month
