JOB OBJECTIVE
To provides clerical support for warehouse management and supervisory staff.
TASK DESCRIPTION
Order and restock new supplies
Receive customer and client orders
Prepare the necessary shipment documentation
Address and resolves any complaints about products, shipping speeds, or damaged items
print out reports for sales team
produce lists of goods to be picked out for delivery store
Monitor inventory and balance accounts on the system
Capture credit notes on the system

Communicate to customers regarding delay in their deliveryPerform other general administrative duties as assigned by the warehouse manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric is essential
Tertiary qualification in Business administration or supply chain will be advantageous
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans is essential
2years experience in an administrative role within a warehouse environment
Computer literacy in MS programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Syspro experience will be an added advantage
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
