Warehouse Controller - Johannesburg

FlySafair requires the services of Warehouse Controller that will report to the Manager: Logistics and be based at Bonaero Park.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct inspections on incoming parts to ensure compliance with Work Instructions and handling deviations accordingly i.e. quarantine, return etc.;
Binning of parts received into respective areas according to part types;
Will be a requirement to complete weekly cycle counts in any of the warehouses as and when needed;
Picking / routing of parts from bins / outstations to fulfil maintenance requests;
Packaging of parts according to ATA regulations prior to shipping if needed;
Despatching of parts;
Accurate record keeping;
Completion of all relevant documentation;
Updating of the stock system to reflect relevant movements;
Delivery of parts to line stations if and when needed;
Doing full stock counts and rectifications on stock system;

Housekeeping.

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12;
Must be willing to work shifts;
Must have a valid driver’s license;
2 to 5 years warehousing experience;
International shipping experience;
Must be proficient in MS Office;
Must have worked on a stock system previously.

Good verbal and written communication skills;
Must be open-minded, motivated and willing to learn;
Must be punctual, precise and reliable;
Must be a self-starter and willing to work without supervision.
