Sales/ Productivity:

Sells financial products or services over the telephone.

Achievement of sales targets and objectives within tight business disciplines and processes

Identifying new creative means of achieving sales/campaign goals (within compliance regulations)

Financial Advice

Identifies customer financial needs telephonically

Offering prospective clients access to sound financial planning backed by the company

The provision of qualified financial solutions derived from detailed analysis of clients needs

Managing information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings, training updates etc.

Keep abreast of developments and trends in the Individual Life Industry – self learning
·
Ensure commitment to the FAIS F&P qualification requirements
Required Skills
insurance sales : 2 to 3 years
financial sales : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
·
Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
·
Minimum requirements are Grade 12, completed FAIS RE and a FSB Approved NQF 5 or busy studying towards a FSB approved qualification.
·
Experience as a Financial Advisor or Sales Consultant within the Finance industry.
·
Previous experience in finance, business management, account management, customer service, banking or sales will be an added advantage.
·
Work experience in an outbound sales call centre will be a distinct advantage.
·
Strong level of computer literacy (including Ms Office) to interface with multi-system technology.
