Monitor closely customer service levels.

Monitor closely that clients queries are handled with priority.

That customer care agents adhere to procedures and policies.

Follow up on angents QA score cards

Handle front office calls.

Keep good records on agents files.

Discipline customer agents when needed.

Minimal knowledge of debtors
