Our Client, a well established Dealership in Johannesburg East, is currently recruiting for a Dealership Customer Services Officer.

Daily Responsibilities:
Customer handling and Customer case management.
Building and maintaining relationships with the dealer network.
Ensuring correct escalation process internally and externally.
Set up meetings between Company, the Dealer and customers.
Decision makin.
Attending to all Senior Management and Managing Director escalations.
Meeting with Dealerships on a monthly basis.
Maintain an ongoing relationship with the Regional and Area Managers.
Face-to-face meetings with external customers if and when required.
Compiling and sending through detailed letters to the NSC customer base.
Achieve SLA targets as per agreement.
Achieve individual statistic targets on a daily basis.
To liaise/mediate with third-parties on behalf of customers when required.
Escalate unresolved queries in a timeous manner.
Remuneration and Benefits: R20,000 with full benefits, perks and 13th Cheque
