To provide a technical IT repairs service to customers by diagnosing and/or

repairing customers’ IT equipment.

Education and experience:

Matric
A+ Comptia Certification
1 year Experience in dealing with hardware warranties
A minimum of 1 year hardware repair experience
Customer Service experience
