A well-established company with a national footprint and frontier technology, who prides itself on excellent customer service and brand adoption is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to effectively recruit suitable candidates for vacant roles across the business at all levels, using a variety of mediums to find suitable candidates, while working alongside departmental heads and hiring managers. Must have recruitment experience specifically with approaching and headhunting passive candidates. As well as manage all admin for onboarding of new staff, declining unsuccessful applicants, setting up training plans, compiling recruitment feedback emails and ensuring databases are up to date.



Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment (preferably recruitment agency background)
Must know how to headhunt / source for scarce skills roles
Excellent Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards and social media (used for recruitment purposes)
Excellent written and verbal (telephonic) communication in English
Confident on the phone – ability to make calls and sell the position / company
Computer literate – proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of VIP People would be an advantage
Knowledge of HR / internal recruitment practices an advantage

Responsibilities:
Sourcing / headhunting for high priority / scarce skills roles
Using various job portals to identify suitable candidates for vacant positions
Screening CVs
Prescreening telephonically before forwarding shortlist to managers
Cold Calling to encourage applications for vacant roles / selling the position to candidates who we have headhunted
Setting-up interviews and arranging meeting rooms
Feedback to candidates on outcome of interview
Weekly feedback to management on progress of vacant roles
Updating relevant recruitment matrix and databases
Assisting with training plans for new starters
Assisting with on-boarding of all new starters
