The successful candidate will be responsible for the ordering and controlling of Maintenance stock and equipment, as well as the control, follow up and reporting of the job card system (Preventive, planned and reactive)
They will do all admin and coordination and follow up for maintenance projects as well as cost allocations and reporting
Maintain all Maintenance H+S files and records
Knowledge and skills:
Experience in Syspro Accounting or similar is a definite advantage.
Good knowledge in the Order/Receiving & Invoicing process.
Strong Reporting Skills
A Qualification in Office Administration or Equivalent will be an advantage.
Good work ethics and values
