Purpose of the Job
Manage the administrative functions, Company Secretarial administration and daily operations of the offices of the CEO and CFO.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Secretarial Diploma
Advanced computer literacy
10 years, with 5 yearsβ experience as PA to senior executives/s
A combination of the following skills, knowledge and attributes is required:

Self-motivation and able to work without supervision
Highly developed communication skills (written & verbal)
Professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities include:
Manage the effective running of the office of the CEO and CFO
Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance administration for the Service
Administrative duties for the Board of Directors
Manage the processes for all Board & Board Committee, Management and WC DoH Liaison Meetings, which includes:
Attendance, taking and producing minutes of meetings
Assimilating documentation and issuing of Board Packs
Liaison with Board & Committee Chairpersonβs
Maintenance of Statutory Registers
Manage work-related international and local travel arrangements for the entire organisation
