Are you highly organised & have an exceptional ability to co-ordinate across functions? A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specials Co-ordinator within the Jewellery Division of TFG.

Key responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinates activities to ensure the timeous & cost effective procurement & delivery of Specials merchandise to stores
Accurate & timeous quotes to Stores
Optimum prices negotiated
Margin objectives achieved
Order placement, follow up, marking & allocation/distribution to stores
Builds & maintains good relationships with staff, suppliers & key functions in the business (DC & QC)
Responsiveness to Store/Customer needs
Reporting & analysis by compiling, balancing & updating of spread sheets
Ownership & accountability to ensure the growth of the business
The successful candidate will need:
1-2 years administration experience
Excellent organisation & co-ordination ability
Very good numeracy, analytical skills & attention to detail
Ability to multi-task & be flexible
Show initiative, be pro-active, enthusiastic & self-motivated
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to manage a large workload effectively & excel in a pressurised environment
Good negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to build & maintain working relationships
Ability to work with a team
Have a minimum of a Matric Qualification
Have a working knowledge of Ms Word and Excel (ODBMS would be advantageous)
Previous experience as a Merchandise Assistant is advantageous
