Shop Sales Associate

We opened our first South African shop in January this year and would love to have more family members in our team. ( CBD )

Requirements:

Well spoken and energetic
Take own initiative
Sales exp for 3 years
Will be involved with marketing
The duties:

Demonstrate sales leadership by playing the leading role with customers on the selling floor and being hands-on at all times.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and productivity objectives.
Have full knowledge of products, procedures and operations as extensively
Ensure the highest level of customer service, complying with the Customer Service Quality Standards and to the selling ritual as prescribed by

Maintain the store in order, ensuring the internal layout and decoration is as it is prescribed by the company's deco team, products are displayed in an orderly fashion, the store is clean, products are properly stored in the available storage space; and generally ensure the store's upkeep whatever this may involve.
Assist with the store's business plan developing which should include promotional strategies that will allow the store to increase traffic and its customer base, with emphasis on developing the store's position in the area in which it is located (events, integration to the local community, etc. as per guidelines), following-up on leads and offers made to customers and other such actions.
Computer lliterate
Working hours:

Monday to Friday

Shift work 9:30 to 14:30 or 14:30 to 18:00pm

Saturday's

9:30 till 3pm every 3 rd Saturday of the month
