Hirsch’s is looking for a vibrant, dynamic, responsible Service Consultants for our various branches in Gauteng.



Education & Experience:



Matric

2-3 Years previous experience

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :



Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.

Ensure goods are completed in good time.

Daily feedback with service providers./p>

Provide customers with progress reports.
