The I Band X Link Service Centre Consultant role is based within Technology.
The role of the X Link Service Centre Consultant is to provide technical support across X Links modem estate as well as be accountable for the logging and scheduling of calls to field support resources including installations, support calls and collections. The Consultant is responsible for ensuring the client is kept updated throughout the support process.
