Counter Sales person-Glasfit

An upmarket retail outlet based in the Vaal triangle requires the services of a counter sales person.
The following will required from the successful candidate: Greet and assist customers professionally and confidently.
Build up and maintain customer relationships.

Receive phone calls and forward to concerned employees.
Source and obtain new business.
Explain business policies and procedures such as warranty information, deposit required and return policy.
Take and record customer information.

Deal with customer complaints appropriately.
Provide customers with information regarding latest products and services.
Provide accurate pricing, record, and delivery information.
Keep counter area clean and organized.

Help co-workers with store duties as required.
Enter quotations, orders, cash sales, requests for credit quickly, fully and exactly as needed.
Ideal candidate must: Be well groomed/well spoken, warm and friendly with a can do attitude.
Must always put customers first and provide excellent sales service.

We are looking for a target driven persons with exceptional closing skills.
We are looking for a culture fit persons with good positive energy and prepared to work retail hours.
A minimum qualification of matric plus 4 years experience in a similar position is required.
