The professional interaction of all customers to ensure the accurate processing of all transactions and administration of cellular, credit and lay-by offerings to meet set targets.
Education & Experience:
Matric
1 to 2 years customer service experience
1 year practical experience in a financial or administrative role
SAP experience advantageous
Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
Cellular and credit vetting experience (Vodacom Contracts)
