Position objectives:

To ensure that customers are consistently contacted on a regular basis in order to arrange services and cartridge changes, and to ensure that the services are efficiently carried out.

Both objectives are aimed at ensuring that customer loyalty is secured so that they 'delight' in returning for future business.

Supporting duties:
Maintain accurate and correct records on the database according to services and cartridge changes booked.
Create Job cards for the technicians to action.
Add new customers and ensure all data is correct and up to date on the database.
Send quotations as required and process purchase orders received.
Invoice customers once work is completed by technician.
Deal with client queries.
Detailed duties:

Ensure accurate dates are recorded for jobs done (and, in particular 'next service dates') ensuring that customers receive notification when their equipment is due for services or cartridge changes and make bookings for these.
Ensure that contact is made with each customer via telephone or email to sell services and cartridge changes.
To send quotes (on behalf of technicians as well), follow up on quotes and complete documentation as required, including Government RFQ documentation.
Process purchase orders.
Create Jobcards for the work booked for technicians to action.
Facilitate sales to new and existing clients.
Work together with the customer services manager to ensure the work is carried out timeously and to a standard that will have the customer ordering from us again.
Invoice the customer once the work has been carried out by the technicians and the Jobcard is returned.
Deal with invoice queries.
Supervision and reporting relationships.

This position reports directly to the services manager, who, in turn, reports to the general manager, Tracy Mc Gregor. Chris Le Mesurier, as business owner, is ultimately responsible for all staff welfare.

H2O international distributes water purifiers, water coolers, water boilers, ice-machines, and other water-related products to domestic homes, businesses and factories and Government and Quasi Government offices. CT Services is our service side of the business where we provide the servicing of all of the above units.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric certificate
Minimum five years of experience in an administration position
Basic accounting experience (preferable in Pastel)
Desired personal attributes
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything, self-starting and self-motivated
Friendly approach at all times to public and work colleagues
Well-spoken and polite and cheerful telephone personality
A 'never give up' attitude to overcoming challenges
View problems as challenges to be overcome
Possess a clear and confident speaking voice
Vision to see beyond the immediate task at hand to achieve overall company objectives
