OUTPUTS:
Administer end to end service process in SAP / CRM
Create, process and close jobs on SAP / CRM
Check credit limits and equipment history
Capture, process and analyse job costing elements (labour, travel, expenses, bought outs, SIMS)
Invoice external customers and process invoices to debtors
Verify archives and follow up
Assist in control of Work In Progress (WIP)
Formalize documentation for customers (service reports, quotations and invoices)
REQUIREMENTS OF CANDIDATES:
Matric (or equivalent) with IT and Accountancy or Accredited IT / DATA processing certificate
Computer Literacy (Windows Platform plus Microsoft Office)

Accuracy and attention to detailGood understanding of service costing processes (all functions of Service Administrator role)
Understand how Service Administration team integrates into service operational function
Be able to advise on appropriate option for jobs, i.e. T&M verses quoted scenario
High level of problem solving (troubleshooting errors) across all service administration teams in the Barloworld Equipment Group
Assertiveness, networking, building relationships across various teams and at various levels and working in a team
Sound communication and presentation skills
Copies of qualifications and/or trade test to be attached to application
