Customer Liaison Officer
Purpose of the Job
The main objective of the position is to ensure that the maintenance division meets all customerβs expectations / relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a customer database for ExecuJet Maintenance
Ensure customers are received in accordance with ExecuJet customer handling standards
Ensure progress reports and feedback is provided as per customer requirements
Monitor and evaluate Maintenance activities
Ensure post maintenance customer liaison
Provide assistance to the Marketing and Business Development department
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Assist with customer liaison and marketing budget
Assist clients and or client representatives with general support where applicable on daily and or routine requests
Requirements
Educational
Grade 12
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Relevant AME/Pilots licenses (preferable)
Relevant Managerial/Business Management qualification (preferable)
Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Pilot (preferable)
Experience
3 Years experience in a Customer Service position in the Aircraft/Aviation Industry
2 Years experience as a Ground Hostess or as a Flight Attendant (preferable)
2 Years experience in customer relationship management (preferable)

Ability to assess individuals mental state
Ability to remain calm and take control of difficult situations
