We are a very new company rapidly expanding and are looking for a recent graduate in fields of digital marketing, media, advertising, sales, writing, or similar to fulfill the role of an enthusiastic PA/intern with skills and experience in social media and content marketing.
This is an opportunity to grow within the company for long term permanent employment.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Managing Pragmattica’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, MeetUp.com)
Events management of Pragmattica workshops and client events.
Setting up and managing email database on Mail Chimp and sending out monthly newsletters
Ticket sales for workshops
Taking minutes of meetings
Scheduling of appointments and managing the Director’s personal and business calendars.
Organising all travel arrangements
Regular updating of time sheets
Expected to work three to four days a week and spend min 50% of time in the Woodstock office.
Two office locations – Wynberg and Woodstock.

Not ideal for full time students.
