Our Customer is a Leading Logistics and Distribution Company supplying a range of services to fulfil end to end solutions within the entire supply chain.
The main purpose of this role is to sign new business for the Cape Town branch and meet monthly and annual new business targets set.
To record all client meetings on company CRM.
To meet KPIβs as set by business
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business and develop a qualified pipeline of leads and convert to actual billing.
Ensure that sustainable clients are brought on board.
Report weekly to Regional Sales Manager
Maintaining client agreements and contractual data

Competitor and industry analysisTender / proposal presentations and delivery thereof
Ensuring that required call rates are met as part of your KPIβs
Updating our CRM system on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensure that required deadlines are met.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 yearsβ experience in a Courier / Logistics industry.
Or 2 β 3 yearsβ experience in a transport Sales and Marketing environment.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Experience in prospecting for new business & managing a qualified new business pipeline
Experience in achieving new business targets set
Good Presentation skills
