Your Role:

We are looking to hire someone in Sales Support to support account managers in their individual sector to achieve sales budget by dealing with customer product queries, sending out quotes, updating of customer information on Embrace and SFDC as well as dealing with price/product related complaints. By dealing telephonically with customers ,ensuring that customer queries are timeously handled ,quotes are despatched within determined lead times ,customer complaints ( whether price or product related) are addressed and customer satisfaction is enhanced.

To ensure that customer data is updated and uploaded both into Embrace and SFDC so that all customer contacts are accurate and reliable and to ensure that general administration such as filing, copying, faxes etc. are kept up to date and in accordance with department requirements. You will also be responsible for the monthly reporting of sales support stats.


Who you are:

2 – 3 years sales/call center/laboratory experience
Experience in a chemical industry
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong technical and analytical ability for interpreting technical information.
Effective verbal & written communication

Attention to detail
Computer literacy
Knowledge of Processes, Standards, Policies & Procedures
Company knowledge
Knowledge of industry, products, services
Knowledge of key customers and business environment
Planning and organising
