Prosirius is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage with prospective customers to provide them with creative and meaningful end-to-end solutions. A hunter mentality is essential, as new business will be your primary role with account management being your secondary role.
A passionate individual with a keen interest in technology and solution selling would be the best fit for this position. Candidates must have the ability to identify a clientβs requirements or βpain-pointsβ and present the client with an appropriate solution.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain high energy levels to constantly look for new opportunities and prospects
Manage sales pipeline to maintain monthly targets
Provide accurate sales forecasting
Formulate a long-term collaboration development strategy and roadmap for the client
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key/targeted clients through regular visits
Assume accountability of all phases of the sales cycle including quotations, delivery, implementation and final payment
Always maintain high levels of professionalism
Stay updated, remain informed and have extensive product knowledge regarding existing and new products or solutions available to the industry
Regular cold canvassing is required
SKILL-SET REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Keen interest in audio visual and collaboration technologies
Previous experience within the audio visual, video conferencing and collaboration industry is highly advantageous
The ability to approach and communicate with C-Level executives
Service and client centricity is one of the most important aspects of the position
A βcan-doβ positive attitude and good work ethic.
Must be results driven team player and prepared to work after-hours if necessary
Must be self-managed, disciplined, dependable and consistent.
Willing to learn and take criticism constructively
