Sales Representative - Commodities

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied portfolio of customer accounts in all industries requiring commodity and bulk additives.
Strengthen and expand business within existing customer base.
Actively develop new business and be prepared to invest time in promoting the product range to new customers.
Provide hands on customer service.
Monthly & annual business reports & presentations.
Manage customer prices & margins within set company parameter.
Be accountable for debtors.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.

Requirements:

Food Science or Chemical Tertiary Qualification.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the food industry.
Sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be prepared to travel.
Basic Salary: R16 000 – R22 500, Car Allowance: R12 250, Annual Bonus: 0 – 15%, Quarterly sales based bonus, Medical Aid: 50% / 50% , Retirement fund: 6% member contribution, 9% company contribution
