Relevant sales and marketing qualifications will be advantageous
Valid Driver's License
Min of 4 years corporate and direct sales, with account management experience. (having worked for an established training company will be advantageous)

Requirements
Identify new markets and business opportunities and convert dormant customers to active customers, whilst servicing existing customers.
Identify client markets and design a sales strategy to fit each client's requirements.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via customer visits and meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations and proposals.
Negotiate the terms of agreement and closing sales.
Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
Represent Mecer Inter-Ed at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Advise on forthcoming training qualifications as well as advising on accreditation with other SETAβs.
Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Understand and successfully complete the sales cycle to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Provides customers with necessary product support and basic training support and generally maintains the customer relationship.
Follows-up with training in progress to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt delivery of goods.
Responds to messages received through e-mail or telephone. Take steps to ensure messages are being responded to when not available.
Build and maintains relationships with customers through regular communication via e-mail, phone and visits.
Attends product training programmes and study and knows the relevant training product range.
Learns and retains product specific information as it pertains to the position.
Demonstrates an aptitude of selling all MIE training products.
Drives sales of all MIE products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities.
Actively solicit for all MIE training product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate.
Provide detailed specifications and accurate quotations and proposals in the shortest possible time to ensure efficiency and customer retention.
Provides quality service to MIEβs customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding MIEβs values and integrity.
Works closely with the internal team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provides support as required.
