Urgently required is a customer care consultant/Call Centre Consultant to help with customer management. To start immediately
Call Centre/ Client Liaison environment
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills/Professional email communication
Fluency in English
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outgoing calls on a daily basis to customers. The consultant must make these calls and achieve the purpose of the call.
Make outgoing calls
Data entry and searches
Inform customers about order status, including products & services
Manage Customer feedback.
Respond to Customer emails and live chat
Respond to Customer queries
Respond to questions
Always be professional
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Degree/ Diploma/ Matric / Certificate in Customer Services
Call centre experience
Good typing skills
Excellent communication and client services skills
Great negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent product knowledge
Tenacious and handle stress well
High energy levels
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
Ability to climb stairs
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly
Must be computer literate. Competencies Communication skills.
