Purpose of the Role:

Ensuring adherance to facility requirement , Corporate Identity norms , manpower adequacy & quality , customer centricity , after sales process & systems. Strategise , plan and execute after sales business growth through VIN retention and per repair order revenue , after sales standards of fairness / timeliness , CRM initiatives , customer management / feedback process . Capability development of deaerships to deliver FTRETR and customer deight. Analyse dealer performance with help of data and trend charts and review busienss / CSI , parts , dealer traffic light etc.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role

Dealer Support & Training

Regular Visits to dealerships to ensure proper implementation of Mahindra systems at the dealerships
Support to dealers on day-to-day After Sales operations
Assist dealers in resolution of customer complaints and concerns
Identify training needs and ensure capability building at dealerships
Dealer / Customer Satisfaction

Meet Fleet Customers on a regular basis
Ensure support such as to have an excellent DSS score
Actively monitor customer satisfactions at dealerships in order to improve CSI and CaP's score
Audits

Carry out Dealership After Sales Process audits
Carry out warranty inspections and process audits
Dealer Performance

Promote the use of Genuine Parts and Lubes
Monitor dealer wise Parts Sales
Appropriate use of Service Retention tools
Analyse dealer after sales performance in terms of Labour, Parts and Retention
Ensure After Sales Readiness of New Dealerships
Support existing Approved Panel Beaters and Idenitfy New APB for better reach and penetration
Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
Mobility
Own Transport and Extensive travelling in SA + SACU
Language Proficiency
English; Afrikaans and an African language will be an advantage

Confident of working on MS office (espcially MS Outlook and MS Excel) and data interpretation

Committed to a win win approach
Education:

Grade 12 + Automotive Diploma
