Minimum Requirements :
Degree/ B-Tech/ National Diploma: Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
EEA Candidates
Skills & Abilities :
Good knowledge of MS Office (incl. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of ERP Systems (such as SYSPRO and Management Information Systems, incl. material and process management)
Knowledge of Operational Budgeting
Expert knowledge of the following ISO systems: 14001:2015, 9001:2015 & 45001:2016
Expert Power Cable product knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients to set up appointments
Energetic and dynamic professional
Job Duties & Responsibilities (Summary) :
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the Cable Industry by effectively selling the company’s products.
Personally contact and secure new business accounts/ customers.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the Cable Industry to generate new business for the organisation’s products.
Research sources for developing prospective customers
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Coordinate sales effort with Marketing, Sales Management, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Services Groups.
Supply Management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
