A position exists for a Senior Call Centre Agent based in Centurion.

Working hours - ?Shifts: ?

Monday to Friday: ?6 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 6 pm ?
Standby: 6 pm - 10 pm and weekends
Matric
Call Centre qualification
5+ years’ experience in a call centre environment
Experience in ticketing systems, logging a ticket and resolving tickets
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Excellent verbal communication skills
