We are looking for a RECRUITEMENT SPECIALIST in the Building Construction/Property Developments industry.

Minimum requirements for the role
? Driver’s License required
? At least 2 years’ experience within a Human Resources role would preferred.
? Must be meticulous
? Must have a good grasp of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
? Must also be able to source recruitment for:
• Site Foreman
• Project Managers
• Quantity Surveyors
• Architects
• Building contractors

? Must be able to do the following:
• Appointments
• Contracts
• Dismissals
• Pay slips
• UIF/PAYE
• CCMA Cases
• Employee Files (Sick leave, annual leave etc.)
? Experience in the building industry would be to your advantage
