Our client, a luxury upmarket estate in Cape Town, is seeking a Receptionist / Sales Administration Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of sales centre (open & set up and shut down)
Stock management of office supplies; stationery; flowers etc & shopping
Handling and management of Sales keys
Sales Lead distribution to agents
Sales & Resales Listings:
Private Property
Property
Filing; collating and updating Resale mandates and consents
Handling all sales & general queries pertaining to the estate and directing clients to relevant parties as needed
Welcoming guests to the sales centre

Providing / arranging refreshments for all guests and meetingsBoardroom bookings
Operating switchboard to answer, screen and direct calls
Receiving; checking and capturing sales contracts on admin and availability lists
Printing and collating all sales brochures and contracts as needed
Updating and maintaining sales documents on DropBox
Ad hoc administrative duties
Minimum Requirements:
Matric with a relevant qualification would be an advantage
Minimum 3 yearβs experience in a similar role with contactable references
Proven general administration, reception, switchboard or front office/ guest relation experience
Excellent attention to detail
Highly computer literate (MS Office)
Excellent communication & people skills β fully bilingual
Excellent telephone etiquette
Highly organized person and able to work under pressure
Must be a team player
Valid driversβ licence and own reliable vehicle
Salary on offer: TCTC R 8 000 β R 11 000 p/m
