Specialist competencies:
Matric or NQF level 4 certificate

Hospitality Diploma and/ or at least 2 yearsβ experience in a 4/5* Hotel in reception / night audit roleEnsure all relevant reports have been printed and distributed to the respective departments
Audit FOH cash up and corresponding accounts
Audit hotel cash ups, transactions and corresponding accounts
Be competent and able to manage Hotel in the absence of Department Heads
Manage night security and other night staff
Ensuring night guest services - food and beverage service, wakeup calls etc. handled timeously
Knowledge of Opera POS system, computer literate -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Micros
Run End of Day on Opera
Be able to multi task and exercise time management.
Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Driverβs License preferable
Knowledge of Cape Town and surroundings.
F&B experience would be advantageous
First aid and fire certificate preferable
