Leading Retail /FMCG Company seeks a professional and experienced Receptionist for their Cape Town based Head Office.

Start date: ASAP

Salary: R5K – R7K (including bens – depending on exp.)

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Min 2 years' experience in a Receptionist role managing a busy switchboard with multiple extensions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MUST be able to speak / write in Afrikaans and English fluently - non-negotiable
Professional appearance and friendly demeanour
Good administration and organisational skills
Able to multi-task
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer-focused and excellence driven
Willing to go the extra mile to meet with operational outcomes
A desire to learn and grow
Reliable transport
