Manage the Collections Team
Set and track collections budgets for your team
Suggest and implement improvements in the collections administration process
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Report on collections metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual revenue/collections reports & forecasts
Use customer and team feedback to generate ideas about new collections approaches
Research and discover methods to increase collections revenue
Ensure collections, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

Matric or Equivalent NQF level 4
Degree in Credit, Business Administration or relevant field essential
5 years' experience in an collections contact centre
3 years' experience as a collections contact centre team leader/supervisor
In-depth understanding of collections call centre processes and systems
In-depth knowledge of collections contact centre performance metrics
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
