The role of the Order Administrator is primarily focused on the processing of sales order the following up thereof. The key responsibilities include generating sales order, printing picking slips, printing of back orders once stock is received, following up on outstanding feedback to ensure the orders are processed for picking and generate invoices.
Experience in sales processing and administration
Exceptional communicator both verbally and written
Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated. Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized
Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.
Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
