Our client requires a Telesales Admin Officer for their Call Centre in Cape Town

Your Duties will include:
Promptly answering inbound telephone enquiries, you will be receiving inbound calls from existing customers that are looking to either upgrade their current deals or make enquiries about products or services that are on offer, As you are the first impression that a prospective client will have of the company, you will ensure that your telephone manner is always professional, courteous, and helpful, Following up on your callbacks in between inbound calls, Providing administrative support and processing client enquiries when required
Minimum Requirements:
Reliability and flexibility a key requirement as this is working as part of a small but very busy team, You will need excellent and demonstrable pro-active telephonic skills, articulate and well developed interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all levels, Good organisational and planning abilities,Able to assist customers in an empathetic, persuasive and confident telephone manner, Able to develop a good working relationship with customers,Problem investigation and solving skills.and strong self and time management skills, Reliable and committed with the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and encourage a team working environment
