Our multi-national client, one of SAβs market leaders in Outsourced Services industry based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is looking for an Operational Administrator to provide a professional and comprehensive service in administration and general office duties to the Operations team. The perfect candidate will be self-motivated and the ability to adapt to changing environment.
Key areas of responsibility:
Purchase orders
Complete purchase orders for Non-stock items (Accommodation, stationery, rent, electricity, Telkom, sundries, Regional contract costs)
Provide GL and cost center allocations for POs Complete GR processing of invoices and scanning documents to head office for processing
Follow up on outstanding GR/IR items in Region and communicate with stores/RMs
Relief for stores admin person, when on leave or off
Relief for store man when on leave or off
Stock Count checks and processing as required
Assist Financial Business Partner in preparation of journals for region
Submit journals with supporting documents to GL manager
Follow up on SAP if journal posted and advise GL manager
Assist Financial Business Partner in GL review Assist in KFC process in region
Assets
Completion and co-ordination of Capex approval documents in region
Liaise with supplier as to delivery
Asset transfers
Asset counts and verification
Ensure new assets are tagged
Motor vehicles
Vehicle allocation
Vehicle fines
Accidents and Repairs
CELL phones
Administration of new contracts
Co βordinate upgrades, transfers, terminations
Ensure repairs to phones are done promptly, and staff member is provided with a float phone
Prepare and submit deduction schedule to payroll for those staff that have overspent
ISO
Key registers maintain key registers
Numbered stationery registers
Maintain daily staff registers for both FSSG and SHYG
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position
Ability to quickly analyze and manipulate large quantities of financial data, drawing out key matters of significance
Excellent communications skills
Strong PC and MS Office Suite skills β especially Excel
Attention to detail and methodical approach
Speed and Accuracy
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
Ability to work with little supervision
Own transport
Salary on offer: Up to R16 500pm CTC
